EXHAUST PRODUCTION

We started manufacturing exhaust pipes in 1989, which was followed by performance exhaust systems & tail pipe & headers and downpipes in 2004 in parallel with our customer demands.

We export voortek performance exhaust systems to 21 countries including Germany, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Kuwait and Israel.

We supply vehicle manufacturers with original tail pipe finishers to be used in bands. Our company has been successful in the quality and financial inspections of OEMs.

We have a wide product portfolio in performance exhaust systems and our original designs have been licensed by Turkish Patent Institute.

We can create custom designs and carry out the entire process from design to the end-product.

We use CNC pipe bending machines in our exhaust systems and we do mandrel bending to allow for best flow. We perform welding with automation machines, offering a perfect quality with synergic and pulse welding.

We can perform matt, satin or gloss polishing upon request.

The raw materials used in our products are supplied from leading global companies.

They all have quality certificates and are subjected to incoming quality control.

We produce performance exhausts under our licensed STEEL and VOORTEK brands.
